Welcome to our boutique flower farm nestled in the heart of Pittsboro, NC, where each month brings a new, buzz-worthy theme to our hands-on flower arranging workshops. Our flower farm started as a way to support our pollinator population. And we love to educate about
Join us as we celebrate the beauty of North Carolina’s changing landscape and the enchanting world of honeybees in a series of seasonal workshops designed to delight and inspire.
From the delicate blossoms of spring bulbs to the vibrant hues of summer zinnias and the rich, earthy tones of fall dahlias, each month’s workshop pairs a unique aspect of our honeybees with what’s freshly blooming on the farm.
I’ll walk you through the art of creating stunning arrangements using freshly harvested blooms, all while incorporating elements inspired by our buzzing friends, the honeybees. Breathe deep with a visit to the wide open space of the farm as you learn new techniques and unleash your creativity.

Private Workshops
Looking for a creative way to celebrate or gather your people?
We offer private workshops for birthdays, team events, retreats, and groups visiting the area. You’ll choose a seasonal theme, and we’ll handle the flowers, materials, and guidance so your group can simply arrive and enjoy.
Private events are held on the farm in Pittsboro (or occasionally off-site by arrangement) and booked at a flat event minimum.

Holiday Wreath
Kick off the holiday season with a cozy, creative afternoon at Buck Naked Farm! Join us for a hands-on holiday wreath workshop where you’ll decorate a fresh Fraser fir wreath with an assortment of seasonal trimmings, dried florals, and ribbons—ready to hang on your front door or gift to someone special.
We will guide you through the design process, sharing tips for texture, balance, and long-lasting greenery. All materials and tools are provided, along with festive refreshments and plenty of holiday cheer.
Well mannered children 10+ are welcome as ticketed guests. Please leave any pets at home.
Come enjoy an afternoon of creativity, community, and the scent of fresh evergreens!
Winter Bulb Basket
Brighten the coldest days of winter with a little garden magic. Join us to create your own layered bulb basket—a beautiful birch container planted with spring bulbs ready bloom indoors.
You’ll learn how to plant bulbs in layers (“lasagna style”) for a sequence of blooms that will bring fresh color indoors just when you need it most. All materials are provided, including bulbs, soil, and a natural birch basket, plus light refreshments and good company.
Take home a living arrangement that promises a cheerful burst of blooms to beat the winter blues.
Galentine’s Herbal Kitchen Wreath
A cozy Galentine’s workshop creating fragrant herbal kitchen wreaths with fresh herbs and dried florals. Hands-on, practical, and perfect for winter home cooks.
March Tulip Arrangement
Create a garden-inspired spring branch and flower arrangement using fresh seasonal blooms. Hands-on March workshop with guided floral design at Buck Naked Farm.
May Flower Focus: Peonies
Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own seasonal bouquet featuring peonies and other fresh-cut spring blooms.
We’ll spend about 90 minutes covering what’s blooming, how to choose complementary stems, and create a balanced arrangement you’ll be proud to take home.
Perfect as a Mother’s Day gift—or a fun outing with your mom, sister, or bestie. Light refreshments provided.
Kids’ Sunflower Safari
Our Sunflower Safari workshop is a hands-on event for kids 8+ to learn about the magic of honeybees and plant their own pot of buzz-worthy plants from our flower farm.
Berries & Blooms Workshop
Join me for a summer Berries & Blooms workshop on the farm! We'll talk about the importance of pollinators, crops they pollinate, and how they turn flowers into food. Then we’ll arrange some summer blooms into a beautiful fairy-approved arrangement to take home.
Mother’s Day Queen of the Castle Bouquet Workshop
Join me for a special queen-bee themed Mother's Day workshop on the farm! In this 1.5 hour workshop, we'll cover the unique superpowers of queen bees and then make a take-home flower arrangement fit for a queen’s castle.
