Wedding flowers for meaningful celebrations

Local flowers inspired by your story & season

Every wedding tells a different story. It’s the first chapter in the life you’re building together.

It’s told through favorite colors, a tribute flower from grandmother's garden, or a beloved pet waiting at the reception. Sometimes it's simply a feeling you can't quite put into words yet.

Those are the details I love.

As a flower farmer, I pair your style and story with the best of what's blooming on the farm; introducing you to varieties you may not know and designing the bouquets and arrangements that feel meant for your celebration.

You don't have to know flower names or what's in bloom. That's where I come in.

At Hen House Flowers, every wedding begins in our Pittsboro flower farm fields. As a farmer and florist, I draw on decades of growing experience to select blooms that are beautiful but also meaningful, seasonal and perfectly suited to your celebration.

Most couples don’t know a lot about flowers. That’s ok - it’s not required for a happy marriage!

You may have a color palette or Pinterest vision board but aren’t sure exactly what you need or even what to ask.

No problem. Translating your vision and values into flowers is our specialty.

Together, we'll explore the people, places, and details that make your celebration yours, then pair it with the best of what's in bloom. The result is wedding flowers that create atmosphere; inspired by your story, shaped by the season, and designed specifically for your celebration.

Why wedding flowers from a NC flower farm?

Your wedding is a moment in time. Locally grown flowers capture that seasonal feeling of color and texture that make your event unique.

Pinterest boards can collect inspiration, but you want your wedding day to reflect your personality, not be a cookie cutter of someone else’s.

I work with couples who love the lush look of garden-fresh flowers. Because every design starts in our flower farm fields, I use delicate, fragrant varieties a traditional wedding florist can’t easily find.

Your flowers will feel exclusively yours. They'll reflect what's blooming at the exact moment you say "I do."

  • Time-stamped by the season.

  • Timeless in your photos.

  • Unique for your style.

From Seed to Centerpiece

We grown & we design. It's a little unusual, I know. It's also what makes us different and what makes the results beautiful.

Our flower farm grows many of the flowers in our wedding designs. Because I know how each flower naturally grows, every bouquet, boutonnière and arrangement feels natural, distinctive and perfectly at home in the season.
